TQM Applicability (Module #2) – TQM Activity and Customers:
TQM is a management philosophy that seeks to integrate all organizational functions to focus on meeting customer needs and organizational objectives. TQM views an organization as a collection of processes. It maintains that organizations must strive to continuously improve these processes by incorporating the knowledge and experiences of workers. The simple objective of TQM is “Do the right things, right the first time, every time.”
Through this course you will be learning about different types of TQM activity, concept of leadership, process of implementation of total quality management, functions of quality council. You will be also learning about customer satisfaction through total quality management, and also about employee involvement in TQM.
