Why MS Access 2013 Course – Advanced training?

Here we would see working with data source i.e. will see how data is linked from a query in order to prepare a form from scratch, we will learn about various form controls and see how they can be applied to make the form look better, next we will see how input boxes such as an combo box can be helpful in order to eliminate potential human errors in data entry, how specialized combo box can be used that will help us jump on the record we want to, how to build interactivity in a form using buttons, learn how to set the tab order for your form which helps in data entry, we will look at another kind of form such as the multiple form can be created and how the split form can be created.
Going ahead we will focus on creating and designing reports wherein we will prepare a report right from scratch and see how the design view helps in identifying the report structure to make freestyle changes, we will see how we could group repeated information using the group, sort and total capabilities, we are going to see how to add existing fields from other tables, how to add totals and sub totals to the report to make it easier to summarize and analyze the reports, learn how conditional formatting and data bars can be helpful in comparing and analyzing data and how to create mailing labels easily using access.
By the completion of this training course, you will have in-depth knowledge of other aspects of Access such as working with Macros which includes understanding attaching, across to objects and using data macros. Finally we will understand publishing of Access database in HTML or XML, sharing via email, using data analysis tools, encrypting the database, and splitting the database.
