Agile and Scrum Training – 2023
Course Objectives :
The objective of the Agile and Scrum course is to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the Agile methodology and Scrum framework, and how to apply them to manage projects in an Agile way. The course aims to:
- Understand what is Agile
- Principals of Agile
- Frameworks of Agile – Scrum & Kanban
- Agile in software development
- Introduce participants to the Agile manifesto, its 12 principles, and the benefits of adopting an Agile approach.
- Provide participants with a practical understanding of the Scrum framework, including its roles, events, artifacts, and rules.
- Teach participants how to plan, manage, and deliver projects using Scrum in an Agile way.
- Explore other Agile practices such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, and test-driven development.
Enable participants to create and manage a product backlog, prioritize and size user stories, plan and execute sprints, and conduct effective sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Overall, the objective of the Agile and Scrum course is to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to effectively manage projects in an Agile way, improve the quality of their products, and accelerate their delivery.
Course Description:
This course is all about replacing our SDLC development model to Iterations based model Agile. We will be deep dive into Agile and understand its principals, Values and various frameworks used with Agile. The Agile and Scrum course is designed to introduce participants to the Agile methodology and Scrum framework, which are widely used in software development and project management. This course will help participants gain a comprehensive understanding of the principles, values, and practices that underpin Agile and Scrum, and how they can be applied to various types of projects.
