Getting Started with CentOS:
This beginners training on CentOS is to get started with the download and installation of CentOS and familiarization with Linux. The objective of this course is to learn the very basics of CentOS, feel comfortable with linux graphical interface. CentOS is a Linux distribution (derived from Red Hat Enterprise Linux) that is popular with system admins, dev ops engineers, and home users.

7.) Significance of root user and creating a new user
8.) Getting familiar with file permission and the “chmod” Command
9.) Knowing the date command and managing the system date.
