CFA Level 2 – Corporate Finance:
The CFA charter is one of the most respected designations in finance, considered by many to be the gold standard in the field of investment analysis. Its uses lay in various dimensions of the financial world, including portfolio management, treasury, risk management, Hedge Funds etc.
This is a CFA Curriculum – Corporate finance course is designed for those who want to learn about investment to appear for CFA examination. Through this course you will be learning capital budgeting principles, incremental project cash flows with example, replacement project, inflation effect, projects with unequal lives, capital rationing, project risk analysis, discounting rate, real options, capital budgeting pitfalls, economic vs accounting income, alternative valuation measures, objective of capital budgeting, Modigliani and miller proposition w.o. tax, Modigliani miller propositions with taxes, cost of financial distress, agency costs, asymmetric information, pecking order theory, static trade off theory, actual vs optimal structure, role of debt rating, capital structure policy, leverage analysis and many more concepts which is included in CFA Curriculum.

Pre-Requisites:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. An exemption can be made where you can write the CFA level 2 if you
a) Are in the final year of your undergraduate program,
b) Have four years of professional experience, or
c) Have a combination of both, equating to at least four years.
