The Supportive Model
The supportive model is quiet positive in approach. In this model management appears with a friendly approach with subordinates and develops team building attitude. The Custodial Model

- Normative Model
Normative model depends on rules and formalities as set by the organization for both employees and employer. Here people are bounded by rules and regulations.
- Empirical Model

- Ecological Model
With the change of market and environment organization structure and work culture will change accordingly.
- Non-Ecological Model

- Ideographic Model
