This course on corporate valuation on Real Estate sector company -HDIL has been built with the purpose of enabling its participants to learn how to value a HDIL’s share (overvalued or undervalued) and a write a report on the analysis with supporting interpretations and results. At the end of this course the participants would be able to perform valuation on a company using methods such as the DCF and Relative valuation and write a professional report on the same.

- Corporate Valuation lessons
In order to gauge the true intrinsic value/worth of a company requires corporate valuation techniques for doing this it requires varied components and sophisticated analyses of the same. In his module of the course we would learn the various valuation techniques in detail and apply the discounted cash flow (DCF) method and Relative valuation on HDIL Company and conduct its valuation.
- Report Writing
The final step of valuation process includes communicating the value conclusion and giving the basis and assumptions of valuation undertaken. This is what would be taught in this last module where everything about report writing would be discussed in detail.
