- Program Management Experience: For those with a secondary degree, at least 84 months of program management experience within the last 15 years. For those with a four-year degree, at least 48 months of program management experience within the last 15 years.
- Basic Knowledge of Project Management: Familiarity with fundamental project management concepts, terminologies, and methodologies. This can be through formal education, work experience, or previous certifications like CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or PMP.
- English Proficiency: The course and certification exam are conducted in English, so a good command of the language is necessary for understanding the course material and exam questions.
